You can use my north facing almost level block of land so close to Garden Bay for your dream home or fix me up so I am once again a cute holiday home in a great position. My main living area and bedrooms are upstairs but I also have a rumpus room downstairs and a second toilet just ideal for those extra visitors. I even have ocean glimpses just so you can see how close Garden Bay Beach is. My garden is well established and fenced.
